Hello, My One Year Old, Three Year Old, Husband, And

Hello, my one year old, three year old, husband, and I were over at my brother’s house for dinner and they had the fireplace turned on. We were there for about an hour and a half. When we got home, we noticed a wood burning smell on our clothes and started panicking. We read somewhere that if your clothes smell like smoke, then something is wrong with the fireplace and that we just inhaled harmful particles. Our two boys are young and their lungs are still developing and we are just very worried. Please help! We are always on top of air quality and never leave the house if the air quality is past 65.
Please help! What can we do?
