Hello, My Palatoglossal Arch On The Left Is Much Bigger

Hello, my palatoglossal arch on the left is much bigger than the one on the right, its inflamed and red.
The left site of my throat hurts,my throat in general is very dry.
I have had neck pain and neck stiffness the last 3 days. Also my head felt really heavy and i had no energy the past days. I drank a lot of lukewarm tea but it doesnt gett better.
Should i take antibiotics?
