Hello, My Penis Hurt When In Squeeze The Glans On

Hello, my penis hurt when in squeeze the glans on the underside of the penis. When I help my self the sharp pain occurred on the inside under the end of the gland. When I urinate I can feel the pain a bit. I have stop masturbate for two day now but the pain still exists.
