Hello My Problem Is I Have Three C.section 1umbilical Hernia

Hello my problem is i have three c.section 1umbilical hernia repair 3years back and now ihave again mash repair surgery 15 days before with steppel stiches there was infection in my stiches and still fluid discharging from a small hole.i am taking antibiotic bt not recovered and i still feel hernia bcoz the place where hernia was still hard and i feel same lump there why it is so plz help me i am so worried about that and the infection inside will recover? Sorry i dont have mony its ok
