Hello My Question Is. . . My Period Usually Last

Hello my question is. . . My period usually last 3-5 days mostly 3days. This month I bleed for a week, than three- four days later which I believe was spotting? It was not in my urine but when I wiped, it will stop than I had intercourse and I bleed just a little again so I put a pad on, n there was like two drops of light blood. Can this be spotting and I could be pregnant? Or something else
