Hello, My Question Is In Regards To Menstrual Cycle And

Hello, my question is in regards to menstrual cycle and high daily doses of fluconazole. I have been on 400mg daily of fluconazole for almost a year treating a cryptococxal infection. Since being on the medication, my cycles have been messed up or non existent. I have seen a gynocologist and all my parts are in working order. Can sucl a high dose of fluconazole daily for so long effect my cycle?
