Hello My Question Is That I Have Been Taking Blood

Hello my question is that I have been taking blood thinners. I have open sores all over my body and they are purple in color. They first appeared as small blisters on my back only. Now they are all over they scab over and they itch,burn and I feel sensitive to both hot and cold temperatures. Also it is painful to take a shower or bath.
