Hello, My Question Is That I Was Yelling At A

Hello, my question is that I was yelling at a football game and then took a shower got dressed and went out snow boarding here in Michigan about a month ago and I lost my voice a day or so later and still do not have it back..have been to a MD and they gave me z pack but did nothing as it is not bacterial so, viral I guess.. have been doing tea and zinc lozenges and trying not to talk but my job requires it so, after a month I am very upset that not much improvement so, what do you suggest? thank you
