Hello, My Question May Seem A Bit Strange But Here

Hello, my question may seem a bit strange but here it goes. 3 mounts ago skin started to fill gritty along with being tired sleeping 0 hours a day my body felt f so heavy as if gravity was pulling me towards the ground now or feels like there's always something in my eye my nose hairs ear hair has fallen out just recently knots up at the scalp a few bald spots the latest my very back molar has an unexplained whole on the outer side and my skin including scalp will randomly feel like exsesicly flaking almost as if my Pour's are clogged and I almost over flowed
