Hello, My Son (11 Months) Has Mod-high Ketones In His

Hello, my son (11 months) has mod-high ketones in his urine. He started vomiting we'd afternoon until early morning. Thurs am he kept his bottle down and hasn't vomited since. Thurs am I noticed ketones on his breath so I tested his urine- mod/high ketones and protiene everything else was WNL. Went to the docs- BG was normal 4.6. Told to keep an eye on him and keep hydrating with hydrolyte. He had his bottle at 5 am, 50 ml hydrolyte and sml amt of toast. Tested his urine 9am- again mod/high ketones. Have been recording fluid amts given and wet nappies and his wt twice daily... Is there anything else I should be doing? Pushing more tests? IVFT?
