Hello, My Son Got 3 Shots Today And Not All

Hello, my son got 3 shots today and not all of the liquid made it into him. In fact,he was on my lap while getting the shots and my son was pricked 2 times per shot. The liquid got all over my lap and all over my son. . Does it count if he didn't get the entire vaccination? And after the shots, I got a really bad headache. . Would that cause a headache? The shots he got was Tdap, IPV , Hib and Prevnar
