Hello , My Son Grabbed A Pill Bottle And Opened

Hello , my son grabbed a pill bottle and opened it and im sure he took a pill because he was choking , i stuck my fingers down his throat and i was able to get some chewed up tablet out.. They were 200mg ibuprofen. The fire dept came and they asked a few questions , said he was fine. And he seemed normal just a little tired than usual. Today he woke up and was fine and about 30 mins after waking up he threw up and since then he hasnt been wanting to eat or drink anything. And he just looks very weak and seems hes abit dehydrated but i cant get gim to take any pedialyte. And hes been warmer than usual all day. Should i take him to the ER ?
