Hello, My Son Is A Quarteback, And Is Experiencing Pain

Hello, my son is a quarteback, and is experiencing pain near
or under his shoulder blade (throwing arm) during his follow through. It has been present for several weeks. We rested him for a couple weeks-but it is coming back. Was wondering if possible tendon tear, and what type of rehab or treatment options available.
