Hello, My Son Is Doing Wattery Loose Motion From Last

Hello, my son is doing wattery loose motion from last 3 days. We have given him Darolac powder in water however still seems no improvement. He got fever & cough also. It actually started with cough then fever & now loose motion. Please suggest. Does muggli ghutti makes any impact.
