Hello My Son Is One Month Today And The Ring

Hello my son is one month today and the ring from his circumcision came off on its own. About five hours later my mom went to change his diaper (a pee) and there was quite a bit of blood. I don't know if it's normal. Should I take him to the ER or just some baby Tylenol? And if it's normal what should I do as care wise?
