Hello, My Son Just Got Home From The ICU At

Hello, my son just got home from the ICU at children's hospital. He has a bad case of croup and was requiring epinephrine every 25-45 minutes so ICU was the best place for him. We were discharged today but now his temperature is 34.9. Is this normal for croup? He's also very irritable and sleeping lots (wakes to touch/noise)
