Hello My Son Who Is 13 Has Hydronephosis In The

Hello my son who is 13 has hydronephosis in the left kidney and had surgery at 18 months to remove the muscle of the kidney and connected the uretha directly to the kidney. Thurs he had a renal workup done and ultrasound the left kidney still had stable hydronepgosis and a dilation of the renal plevis or something like that and they said his creatitine level was an 8.4 which they say is a high normal also on the ultrasound there was a 50 piece size fluid filled circle in the top of the bladder wall that i can only say looked to me like a traffic circle. Should I be concerned about the creatitine levels being so high?
