Hello My Son Who Is Two Was In Children's Ward

Hello my son who is two was in children's ward for croup 2 weeks ago and hasn't been right since he had ad smelling burps then and still does now he vomited last Thursday evening and has a couple of loose poos since seems fine in himself but awful egg smelling burps
