Hello, My Stomach Has Been Gurgling All Evening And Night.

Hello, my stomach has been gurgling all evening and night. Think I should go get something to eat but not sure what. I was feeling cold and hot 3 days ago then 2 days ago I had a bad case of diarrhoea. With hydralyte and gastro-stop it subsided in the evening. Yesterday, I wanted to eat and maybe my stomach wasn't ready, I had bouts of diarrhoea in the evening again. Now its being really noisy.
