Hello My Ten Yr Old Daughter Has A Red Inflamed

Hello my ten yr old daughter has a red inflamed patch around her left eye. It covers the entire eyelid and underneath the eye the eye has also been leaking clear fluid but the inside of her eye shows no infection the redness I s slowly getting worse and becoming more inflamed within the past hour or so. I would like to know what it may be? and what the next steps I should take? I have already looked up pink eye but it does not match the symptoms.
