Hello, My Throat Has Been Hurting 2 Days And I

Hello, my throat has been hurting 2 days and I have a stuffed nose and red eyes, I can't sleep I feel like I can't breathe, I left a humidifier on all night thinking it would do something about it. I threw up twice already and I looked at my tonsils and they have red veins is that normal? Or should I go to the local clinic? Thank you in advance.
