Hello, My Two Year Old Is Complaining About Sensitivity To

Hello, my two year old is complaining about sensitivity to light, head pain and some belly pain. She is aware, and laying on the couch and has had a fever. We have been treating with Tylenol and Ibprofen respectively. Just not herself. She has a cough that sounds halfway between a bark and a normal loose cough and a clear running nose. It could just be a bad cold. Fever has been since Saturday afternoon. Should we wait another day to see a doctor?
