Hello, My Wife Has Been Constapated For The 4 Days

Hello, my wife has been constapated for the 4 days and her stomach has been bloated for the last 2! She was finally able to go and there was light colored blood and yellowish mucas in it! We do not have medical insurance at the moment and really need some advice?
