Hello, Need A Bit Of Help. I’ve Recently Started Smoking

Hello, need a bit of help. I’ve recently started smoking marijuana quite regularly and since I’ve discovered a patch of spots at the back of my throat on the roof of my mouth and a sore throat. I also noticed that I get a lot of mucus and green gunky mucus blocking my nose (sorry to be explicit) and also have a build of wax in my ears. Is this something to be worried about? I can’t stop stressing over it
