Hello, Numbness Has Spread Across The Left Side Of My

Hello, numbness has spread across the left side of my face and scalp and it hurts, this has affected my left eye which is more sensitive to bright light, wind and my eyeball hurts sometimes, also does not always synchronize with my right eye (hard to keep my eyelid open). I have also lost most of my ability to smell and taste and now it is harder to chew. Noticed that when I try to chew my left jaw muscle does nothing while my right side flexes and does all the work. The tissue inside my left nostril seems to be expanding, cannot get much air through it. Headaches in different locations,
