Hello Ok I Have Heart Disease And I'm 28 Yes

Hello ok I have heart disease and I'm 28 yes old but I've noticed for like 1 yr now that this knot in my stomach and u can only see it when I lay down... but it's very painful and it can move from one side of my upper stomach to the middle and the other side ...I can't even lay on my stomach it hurts so bad what could this b it bothers me all day I have these moments were there like attacks were it drops me cause it hurts my stomach so bad
