Hello Ok I Was Supposed To Start My Period Last

Hello ok i was supposed to start my period last Wednesday well everytime I pee since last Wednesday when i wipe there is blood on the tissue but not enough for me to wear a pad and a little brown discharge some days and im on birth control pills what would this mean
