Hello, On March 10, 16 I Had My Thyroid Removed

Hello, on March 10, 16 I had my thyroid removed due to a large goiter and several nodules. I was placed on Synthroid 150mcg. I started feeling very off on my meds(brain fog, losing/brittle hair, anxiety, weight gain, bloating and many more symptoms. My doctor just did another blood test. I am unsure about why my Endi doctor does things as he doesn't allow me to ask questions. I received my TSH results back and my TSH is <0.02. Could you tell me what does that mean? What is normal? And should my meds be cut? Thank you for your help!
