Hello, On The Back Of My Right Leg Is A

Hello, on the back of my right leg is a patch of sores. I fell a couple of weeks ago when I was out side pulling weeds. My leg really got it, it has a lot of scatches and it is healing ok. Buy these sores didn’t appear then but came later and it looks like it is speading. I put neosporin on it and it didn’t help....it’s not poison ivy or poison oak, when I was a kid I had it all the time...should I try Calymine lostion.
