Hello Over The Past Few Days I Have Been Very

Hello over the past few days I have been very ill, my symptons include extreme fatigue, strugaling to sleep and waking regularly, fever/chills, headaches, and everytime i breath through my mouth i cough everytime and struggle to get full breaths from the mouth. I don't know if its related but the night I fell ill i went for a run in pretty cold conditions. I also have a serious lack of appetite.
