Hello, please I need a diagnosis for this echography. "enlarged liver with fatty echotexture. Nosurface retractions or nodulations. no focal lesion. intraheptic biliary radicles are noe dialated. hepatic veins and I.V.C. are not congested, showing normal blood flow patternin colour duplex study. portal vein is not dilated 10mm.
