Hello Question My Lymphocytes Have Been In Normal Rang Except

Hello question my lymphocytes have been in normal rang except for the past 2 years they have been above 54.2. For some reason I fill concerned but no doctor has said anything. Then last year was told they seen a lyric lesion on my back and have never been told nothing. WHAT is going on
