Hello, Quick Question. My 16 Yr Old Autistic Son Presented

Hello, quick question. My 16 yr old autistic son presented with a high temperature yesterday at 4pm and again at 4am. Treated with paracetamol. No temperature today however just a short time ago he became weak said his breath ( language is limited) went very pale and started to sweat all over. This episode took about 3 mins to pass and he seems ok again now.
Should I be worried ?
