Hello, Really Concerned Here About A Procedure I Had Today

Hello, really concerned here about a procedure I had today at the gyno office.
I had a bartholin cyst drainage (my second one in 1.5 yrs)
First time was at the ER and second was at gyno office.
I am concerned as I have been bleeding non stop (3 pads in 45 min) heavy bleeding with large clots.
Is this normal or should I go to the ER? Please help
