Hello, Recently I Have Been Noticing Sever Pain In My

Hello, recently I have been noticing sever pain in my left arm like I have pulled a muscle. It kind of feels like I am being shocked in the muscle all the time. It comes and goes but usually I have to take ibuprofen for it to go away. I for a while had a bump on my wrist and thought it was a cyst sitting on a nerve but that has gone away and I still have the pain. Any ideas on what could be the problem?
