Hello, recently I have moved to Central America from the US and have had a hard time adjusting to the change. At night we have had a pretty bad mosquito and bug problem especially in the bathroom (due to moisture I'm sure), which has caused me to ignore urges to urinate leading to some negative effects. I have been experiencing extreme pain in the lower abdomen which will wake me up at night and reoccur occasionally during the day, as well as a dulled sense of urgency to urinate. I have no other symptoms related to infection and have been drinking a decent amount of water. Any advice would help...
