Hello, Recently I Was Around Someone Who Had A Heavy

Hello, recently I was around someone who had a heavy perfume on. I it was really hard to breathe because of the smell. And now I keeo smelling everywhere I go, do you know how to take out the smell? Is it in my nose or my imagination? Please help :( Thank you :)
