Hello, recently had arhtroscopic surgery which indicated slightly damaged cartilage. This was then scrapped/ repaired. 9 days after surgery, tightness, stiffness, cramping of the femur anterior and posterior. Ultrasound showed no blood clot. Follow-up appt later this week. The tightness can be intermittent but does occur everyday with varying degrees of discomfort. Thank you
