Hello, Recently On The Bottom Part Of My Toes They

Hello, recently on the bottom part of my toes they are raw and sore and on the index toe(next to big toe) it feels like there is a small hard round object almost like glass but looks darkish. It has grown around my skin and my foot is semi swollen and no progress seems to be getting made. What do you think this is and how do I go about ridding it? Thank you so much.
