Hello, Right Now Im Dealing With Acute Bronchitis I've Been

Hello, right now im dealing with acute bronchitis i've been ill since dec 11, i finally went to the ER on sat dec 18 and was prescribed a 4 day antibiotics and inhaler. I wanted to know if it was safe to wash my hair considering its been a while since of done that. I was worried i may get worse. Would i be alright as long as i dried my hair properly?
