Hello, Should I Be Concerned After Seeing Yellow Capsule Looking

Hello, should I be concerned after seeing yellow capsule looking objects in my stools. I am obese and diabetic. I also take several different medicines for blood pressure and chorlesoral. This is about the third time I have noticed this. I do have a gall stone which my Dr, has advised to leave alone if it's not borthering me. I am a 61 yr old female.
