Am aged 31, 95 kgs and 6 feet. My sperm count shows too low count and when consulting urologist, am diagnosed with varicocele on both sides by scrotal Doppler. Urologist suggested to undergo surgery for that. Please advise me is there any other option available to treat varicocele.
