Hello Sir.. Am Having 2.3yrs Old Child. And He Often

Hello sir.. Am having 2.3yrs old child. And he often caught by cold. While he was 1.6 yes old my doctor had suggested some syrups for high fever, cough, phelum, wheezing.. And also asked me to follow the same prescription whenever my child gets this disorders. Still am following the same. The syrups are mefkind-p, ambrolite-s, advent. Is this the exact medicines to follow or do I need to change?
