Hello Sir, Chronic, Intermittent Pain In The Mid/lower Back Muscle
Hello sir,
Chronic, intermittent pain in the mid/lower back muscle on the right hand side. This has plagued me for 2+ years. Sometimes the pain is quite debilitating. Muscle relaxants of no help. Shovelling snow, playing tennis, lifting 70 pound Christmas tree do not seem to affect the condition. I can feel no lumps or tense muscles.
Any ideas?
I am 68 years old, 220 pounds, reasonably fit.
