Hello sir,
For past two days I have noticed blood spots in my husband 's panama when he wakes up in the morning. He is 54 yrs , physically fit, regular in his exercises. I am worried what it can be. Has no fever,weight loss. He is non diabetic and non hypertensive . I seek your opinion . What all are the possibilities and what investigation does he require.
