Hello Sir. I Am A Working Woman And My Age

Hello sir. I am a working woman and my age is 33yrs. Before 10 yrs I had constipation problemwhich gradually diagnosied as Anal fissures. But due to proper care i was alright. The small lumps were there but they never bothered. But now i m again having problem while passing stool followed by severe burning sensation. The lumps tend to swell after a tensed defecation. Pls help.
