Hello Sir, I Am Taking Pexidep Cr 25 From Last

Hello sir,

I am taking pexidep cr 25 from last 3 years, when it started dr. Prescribed me pexidep 37.5 but after that he put me on pexidep cr 25 but now i can not reduce the dose of the tablet if i want to stop the dose what should i have to do please suggest me.
