Hello Sir... I Got Punched In The Face During A

Hello sir... I got punched in the face during a Kickboxing competition and even after 5 days days, it is paining. I am feeling the pain when i am looking left side keeping the face constant. My Right eye is injured.
No spots. No red eye. Looking absolutely Normal. but it hurts . I think its retina ?
Solution please sir
