Hello Sir.... I Have Been Suffering From Fibroadenosis Since 3-4

Hello sir.... I have been suffering from fibroadenosis since 3-4 years. I started its treatment very late. Doctor recommended me to take vitamin E. I took it for one month and then stopped when I got relief. Now the pain has started again. Should I start taking vit.E once again????? Do I need to take vit E life long As its treatment?????Fibroadenosis is begnin condition but is there even 1% chance that it can convert into malignant condition in future and I should go for regular breast screening?????
