Hello Sir. I Have Small Circular Patches Of Irritable Skin

Hello sir. I have small circular patches of irritable skin on my groin which I think is some sort of fungal infection. Can you suggest some cream of ointments for it? I have been dabbing the spots with listerine on a cotton ball which has been relieving some what. Should I continue doing this or buy some antifugal cream?
